“Now You See Me 2,” released in 2016, is an American heist thriller film, serving as the sequel to the 2013 hit “Now You See Me.”

In this installment, the ‘Four Horsemen,’ a team of magicians who evaded the FBI and won over the public in the first film, return for another spectacular performance. Their objective this time is to expose the illicit dealings of a corrupt tech magnate. However, their plan goes awry, and they are double-crossed by a mysterious tech prodigy named Walter Mabry.
Mabry forces them to steal a powerful data chip, capable of hacking any computer system worldwide. The Horsemen, along with FBI Agent Dylan Rhodes, find themselves entangled in a larger conspiracy. Ultimately, through a grand magic show, the Horsemen expose Mabry and his associates, proving their innocence. The film concludes by hinting at “The Eye,” a secret society of magicians, and the Horsemen’s future endeavors.
